Uploading Warp to Barco HD20

I am having problems uploading a warp config from Barco Projector Toolset to my HD20s. I have a direct Ethernet line between my laptop and the projector. My laptop runs Windows 7 64-bit. I can communicate with the projector, I can open the Warp UI. I can send a fast preview, but not the warp file. When I upload to projector, it looks like it sends, but when I go to activate there are no files on the projectors. Any one have this problem or know to fix it?
