Oldradiohand Posted April 16, 2013 Share Posted April 16, 2013 I used to use pre printed sheets, sources on one side, destinations on the other with lines drawn to join them. Use different coloured pens to separate out the types of source and make it easier to follow the resultant diagram. Having your cable ends labelled helps in an installation, too.
