Doug Siddons Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 I have a show which requires one radio mic in a hotel in Oxford. I checked on the JFMG using the UHF Microphone Location planner intending to use a frequency between 606 and 614 and have found on the results that channel 38 is not listed but 30 and 39 are. Does this mean I can't use the frequencies ?
paulears Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 I think you've been using the wrong type of license - as in you've been looking at a type more used by the broadcasters. use this page and enter the postcode (I picked a central hotel I've stayed at - and got this info TV Channel Frequencies 38 606.500 - 613.500

Perhaps someone could write a Wiki page on this with links, I did search before posting but couldn't find a quick result.
