TS 10 Cue light problem

Recommended Posts

Hello,

At uni we have someone who is partially deaf and as a result he is unable to use conventional coms. As this is the case I suggested that cue lights might be the way forward. But the cue lights we are using don't send back information. e,g. you can stand people by and tell them to go but the opp cannot respond back to the DSM to say that you are actually there. However this unfortunately means then when he is opping a show we are unable to as-attain if he is actually stood by or not. From this I looked at the web to see if I was plugging it up right, and I was, but I could not find this to be a common problem. I was wondering if any one knows of any way to fix the problem or any good suggestions on how to overcome the problem of him being unable to use coms as he has to be included. The base unit is a ASL intercom TS 120 with a TS 10 CUE light resever.

Thanks

Andy

HI Andy,

out of date I expect now but I came up with a wifi version of a cue light system recently and the remotes have a vibrate facility if of interest.

You can see more info at http://stagecue.eu/

cheers Jon
