can anyone tell me why my 4 isolution 5s fixtures go straight into strobe mode as soon as light factory starts up. I can turn them off and control them in a bank of 4 but can't control them seperately without the other 3 going back into strobe mode, Help::::::::::

... as soon as light factory starts up.

You better bring this up in the LightFactory forum. Go to lightfactory_software, or through LF homepage: lightfactory.net. It is short turnover of replies there, even from the developer(s).

I can't find the channel mapping info for these online, but there do seem to be two versions; one using a discharge lamp and the other using a tungsten lamp. Are you sure you are using the correct profile?
