Caerdydd Posted October 28, 2012 Share Posted October 28, 2012 Hi All, I've got an old Avolites Saphire 2000, last week I patched in some Robe 250's, went to the shape generator and all was good...... Since then I've performed a wipeall to clear the desk, repatched the Robe's, but when I go into the shape generator and go to select a shape nothing happens. The screen just says press delete to remove shapes, and doesn't list any. I've tried deleting the patch, and repatching to no avail. I'm sure it's simple, but does anyone have any ideas? tokm Posted October 28, 2012 Share Posted October 28, 2012 There is a file called SG.dat which should be present on the disk you patched the fixtures from - check thats not been corrupted/copy and paste a known working version onto the floppy/re-download the personality disk from the avo website. Or if your pulling them from the internal cache, you can manually load this file by going into system > utilities and hitting load shape file, which you will need to have put onto a floppy disk before hand as thats where it tried to pull it from.
