I've written my own version which you can download for free here. It only works in extended display mode. Most things can be configured. Let me know of any bugs. I remember 20 years ago we needed a full screen 60 second countdown on a plasma as part of a set so with no alternative I made a powerpoint show with 60 numbered slide on a 1 second timer.
