gyro_gearloose
Have you got another working unit? If so, then swap things between the two to determine which part has failed. Start with the easy one - the lamp - and then move on to swapping the ignitor and then the ballast if that doesn't work. Swap things one part at a time so you don't confuse yourself, and keep in mind that you are working with mains voltages.
josephjamescoker
Yeah, last resort troubleshooting, I was hoping someone might have come across it. Can't believe an error could come up without any reference to it in the manual, I need to take another one to bits anyway so I guess its a day at the bench! Thanks. Andyb
We don't have the e version, just standard 575 at's, but I assume you have tried a full factory reset. Could it be the lamp ignition delay?
josephjamescoker
According to the manual lamp on/off is not affected by the delay setting, factory reset also done... baffled.
