Junior8
Those involved with heritage assets - listed theatres and the like for example - may be interested in some day 'awareness breifings' on new initiatives around preventing Heitage Crime esp metal theft and criminal damage being run free by English Heritage. A lot of the detail surrounds strategies to get the courts to recognise the historic and economic impact of offences that are sometime treated as trvial. The remaining dates for this year are: 13th September Cambridge, 27th September Sheffield, 11th October London. These are free events open to anyone with an interest. For more details and to book a place email: HELMbookings@english-heritage.org.uk, or telephone Sam Powell on 01793 44 5029. I went on one yesterday and found it very useful.
