Mackie TH-12

Hi all,

Just wondering if someone already had experience with the relatively new Mackie Thump Series speakers? Especially the TH-12A? Because they compare in certain ways to the SRM-450: 12" driver, active crossover and time alignment, same (?) amps for LF and HF, but much lighter than the 450s. The TH-12 even got an EQ with sweepable mids and still only costs about half of the 450? Different transducers would explain the difference in SPL output. But is that all? How do they sound?
