sleepytom
I need to build some keynote master slides with text contained in shapes. The text will be edited in each slide. The text is whiteThe text starts off screen and is moved on in the build via an action. (the move is along a path so it must be an action rather than a standard build) Is there a way to either set keynote's background colour (outside of the slide area) to a different colour (so the text can be read) or to make it show the last keyframe of the build rather than the first (so the text is on the slide background for editing rather than outside of the slide)? Also can it be made to show the space round the slide equally (ie show me the space to the top and left of the slide)? Changing the design to work with keynotes limitations is not an option!! mac.calder
Draw a black box outside the slide, send it to the back. Do it in the slide master so it cannot be clicked. It will give you a dark grey background.
