smyles Posted February 17, 2012 Share Posted February 17, 2012 Hi Everyone, I have a problem with a local schools Showmaster 48. When it's powered up, it looks normal for the first second, then all 48 blue channel lights flash and all the others go out for a split second before the process starts again. The Led display is showing In1 (or maybe INI). When I went to have a look, I found the wrong power supply in the box with it. The desk is DC 12-20v 500ma and the supply with it was 6v 500ma. I know this isn't the one that came with it, but could this have been the problem? Would plugging it in with a lower voltage cause issues in the circuitry?(Just to confirm, I am trying it with a correct power supply now) Any, help would be greatly appreciated.
