Blew up processor because ( we think) of chain reaction from unbuffered DMX signal on dying controller elsewhere in the universe. I'd like to have those 24 channels back, as you might imagine. Authorized service agent in our area held onto our processor unit for one year before returning it unrepaired. Looking for resources. Thank you. Nathan E.
