Zero 88 iPad App

Hi,

 

I am currently using a Leap frog 48 and am trying to connect it to an iPad using Zero 88s app.

We have the desk connected to a router and the IP address is the same for both the console and the iPad but when we open the app and select the console on the iPad its says connection failed.

Does anyone have an idea what we are doing wrong??

Heya,

 

When you say the iPad and the console have the same IP address, do you mean you have set them to have the same physical address on the network? If so, you won't get a connection, as each device on the network must have a different IP address, and you then should enter the console's IP address on the iPad.

 

If not, what are the IP addresses you've put in?
