RoyS Posted December 13, 2011 Share Posted December 13, 2011 Hi All, One of our ME3 head mics has just been returned damaged with an intermittant connection fault around the face pad part. Removing a part of the foam pad reveals a philips screw which I've removed but the two plastic halves are snapped tight together. I don't want to damage the plastic by prizing in the wrong place... I've tried phoning service at Senn but can't geth through... Does anyone know how to get these plastic side apart without damage? Many thanks.
