edark Posted January 24, 2005 Share Posted January 24, 2005 Hi all,I have been given a Compaq TFT 450 screen as the power supply has broken and they cant get replacements. I am able to make my own, but it doesnt have a standard DC barrel connector, it has a multipin plug, similar shape to a ps2 mouse/keyboard adapter.I need to know which pins carry the 12v. Freddie Posted January 24, 2005 Share Posted January 24, 2005 Have you tried emailing compaq/hp tech support, they might let you have a copy of a service manual...I know how frustrating TFT PSUs are though, I had a packard bell TFT once, but lost the PSU, turned up a week later.
