I have followed the tutorials and seem to have a basic grasp but when ever I attach any fixtures to it the movers go haywire and I can't alter any functions. Any help or advice of things to check. I am trying to operate MAC 500's with it if that is any help. On one or two occasion the movers have displayed a software error message but not always. Is the polarity of the DMX correct for the fixture. in the tools menu do you see the interface connected.You have to connect and install the interface before opening the software. if there is a disconnection, you have to restart the software.. have you tried just connecting one mover at a time, as this sounds like a corruption of signal problem.?
