Last week I purchased 8x DPA 4066's and seem to have some problems getting them to fit right on the cast.I actually bought 8 mediums but have now noticed that small females would probably need a small. Even when fitting one to the male lead or even myself when I first recieved them I noticed how it needed to be on the tightest setting to fit right.It almost seems that the medium is more like a large headband.
