What I would do in your position would be give Tim or Pyrderi at Grand-Pa.co.uk a call , Tim has done bespoke training for me - and they can provide desks for additional personal play time. Other options would be Neil T at Fix8 Group. You don't mention whether you are looking at MA1 or its newer Cousin MA2 - also it might be worth considering as you have the premises and hardware looking to open out training to others in your area....
