Tried all the reset menu options and it hasn't made any difference. Am I missing a trick? John Patrick Posted September 30, 2011 Share Posted September 30, 2011 Hey TeeJay I assume the Ballast is the same as the Cyrano 2500, if the Counter is a Tico 731 you will need to pop out that part of the panel on the ballast front the one with the handles, ( 4 x small phillips screws ) on the back off the counter you see a screw terminal block unscrew the Key Lock terminal and touch it to the Reset terminal then return it to the Key Lock Position and tighten it back in place, hope this solves your problem Does anyone know if it is possible to reset the lamp counter on a Robert Juliat Aramis ballast?
