Coemar Tas Scan TX360b Motor Alignment

Hi Everyone,

 

I have recently been servicing some Coemar Tas Scan TX360b moving heads. All has gone well apart from the motor alignment. Try as I might I cannot get the unit to go into the motor alignment mode. I have the manual and have followed the instructions but still to no avail. I'm waiting to hear back from Coemar but so far no response, and really need to get these units ready for some gigs.

 

If anyone can offer any advice on how to get into the motor alignment mode I would be incredibly grateful. I look forward to hearing from you all.
