Export to ASCII on the Eos (or Eos Offline), then Import the ASCII file using Expression Offline - available from the ETC website, here. Caution: Expression does not understand any of the clever stuff Eos can do, so you will probably only get the basic dimmer patch, cuelist 1 and intensities.
