Zero 88 Illusion 500 - DMX Input board and printing

Hello all,

I currently own a Zero 88 Illusion 500 (as well as my newly arrived ChamSys MagicDMX, which I love, but use the Illusion for shows where I need a hard desk).

 

I was purely wondering, as I believe the desk is no longer supported by Zero 88, is it possible to buy one of the DMX in/MIDI/SMPTE (I think) addon boards for the desk from anywhere? As far as I can see, there are no MIDI options in the software on the board.

 

Also, is there printing support on the desk? I can see the desk has a parallel printer port, but there is no mention of it on the desk software on in the manual. Did it never get implemented?

Hi Ben

 

Give us a call at the Zero 88 office tomorrow - we may still be able to supply the DMX Input board.

 

As for the printing support, unfortunately this was never added to the Illusion 500.
