TimmyP1955 Posted August 19, 2010 Share Posted August 19, 2010 Keyboards are instruments. But one Triton Pro plays just like any other Triton Pro. Not so with guitars or basses. And keys are a lot harder and/or more expensive to ship/fit into the boot/travel with by air. So keys are backline. Triton Pro is the most used, at least by "seasoned" players in the US. The backline company I work for has over 40 of the things, and during festival season there's sometimes not one of them in the warehouse.
