Soundcraft Mixing Desk fault

Hi All

I am new to this forum and this is my first post. I have a Soundcraft Spirit E12 mixing desk. It has worked great until now.

When it is connected up to the amp and all is switched on it sounds like a motorboat. I have noticed that the power green LED is not lighting up, but if the desk is plugged in for sometime the power supply area is warm which means that it is getting power. Any ideas would be grateful.

If the desk is on, it would sound like you have lost one of the rails on the mixer power supply.

Thanks for that Dan, it is now in for repair, I will wait and see what my repair man says.
