Chappie
Hold down the "scene memory" button while you turn on the mixer. This will get you to the menu to reset the board
Lamplighter
To clear all memories, press and hold 'scene memory' whilst powering up. Select 'Initialise all memories' Move cursor to 'initialise' press enter. then select OK and press enter. wait for desk to finish initialising select EXIT , press enter. normal start up will follow. You can download the manual from the Yamaha proaudio site though it is quite a lot to print.Brian
