lukewebs Posted December 7, 2009 Share Posted December 7, 2009 I have been using a strand Light Palette Live and if I patch in e.g. mac 300 it will come up with all its attributes to make it easier to program and plot also it works on the 4 wheels on the desk. But my question is can you create attributes for equipment that isn't in the light profile list and use it o the 4 wheels as we are using 2 movers and 2 scanners that do not have attributes profiles in the desk. J Pearce Posted December 7, 2009 Share Posted December 7, 2009 Due to the extensive amount of data put into a palette fixture definition (so that pan/tilt can work in absolute values rather than percent DMX) I doubt Strand will release a fixture editor. You can do intensity and colour fairly simply though. You may be able to sort pan/tilt but it would work in percent not degrees like a proper fixture file.
