Good Evening,

 

 

I’m looking for a command that would work to update a range of groups, I’ll explain,

 

 

I want to add a new moving light into a show,

It needs the same information as another unit that is already in all the groups,

I don’t really want to go through every group doing [Chan] @ Copyfrom [Chan] as there are a few hundred groups

 

I was wondering if there was a command that would do the whole range of groups?

 

 

I’m also using the desk in tracking if that makes any difference,

 

 

Any help would be great,

AutoMod is your friend!

 

Set up an AutoMod from the existing unit to the new one, then use the UPDATE A-MOD function to put information for the new fixture into whatever cues/groups/subs/effects you need.
