andy_pye Posted November 8, 2009 Share Posted November 8, 2009 Hi All, My strand 530i has decided to have a little wobbly! It is partitioned, into C and D drives. It is alternating between letting me save on the C and the D, it says bad read on the other drive. Then flips and lets me save on the other drive and bad read on the one I could save on before! I have the idea to Format the hardrive and reload the operating system. Good idea or not? I have downloaded the operating system, latest version from Strand webiste, do I need any passwords/usernames to be able to upload it to the console? Does anyone know where there are instructions about how to format the drives and then upload the operating system, as I believe I have to do it in DOS. Any help, much appreciated.
