spinmaster1
Hi, We have several small presentation projectors suspended from our rig and I was wondering how I would go about getting safty bonds for these. The projectors have Kensington lock holes but I'm assuming the Kensington cable locks arn't designed to arrest a fall (they probably would but these days eveything has to be rated) Thanks,Rob. David Lee
You are right. I wouldn't safety off a Kensington lock. FYI Handles are also not rated for shock - but have been used before. Best way to do it is to pop off the casing and see if you can get an eye bolt through the frame of the projector. What make of projectors are they as this may yield better answers.
