Martin WT3 vs. W3

Pretty much as per the topic title. My understanding is that the WT3 was developed from the W3 as being better suited to theatre applications - more refined midrange to work better with vocals. But how much of a difference is there in practice? If you wanted WT3s but could only get W3s, how disappointed would you be? With more EQ, can you get a similar sound out of the W3?

It would be great to hear from anyone with experience of them both, ideally in a rock 'n' roll musical theatre environment.

There's a fairly substantial difference if you use the Martin Presets, however with some modification or oddly with the W3P boxes, there isn't much difference that a bit of a bit of eq can't sort out. If you want a listen at the W3P just let me know.
