JohnMac
Frightening that it's time to start thinking of Panto again. Oh no it isn't! ;) Have a washing scene, where the director wants buckets of foam, which will then be used for the ubiquitous slapstick routine with the foam being generously thrown around. What makes a good foam? My initial thought is bubble machine fluid whipped up, possibly with some glycerin add to allow the bubbles to stand. Has anyone got a 'theatrical recipe' to produce a good bucket of gloop? The usual caveats of having to be kind to actors, dancers, crew, costumes, floor and set apply....... :) Many thanks John Mac. rooftop
Shaving foam sticks is what our producer uses.
GridGirl
I second the vote for shaving foam sticks. Grate it, then beat it up in a bucket with the right amount of water to give you the desired consistency!
JohnMac
Thank you both, and I aways thought shaving products came in aerosol cans, Off to the supermarket, (Cue William Tell music)........ :) John Mac.
