jimmey12 Posted August 3, 2009 Share Posted August 3, 2009 Hey I am currently employed full time as a lighting technicain in a theatre but am considering moving to glasgow for personal reasons and for hopefully more opportunities to train and up skill. I was just wondering if their was much work in the indusrty in scotland?. I presume it has gotten a lot quieter there in recent months and therefore don’t expect it to be easy to get my foot in the door nor do I expect to work exclusive in lights or make any real money for a while anyway at least.would be grateful if any technicians working in ether Glasgow or Edinburgh could let me know if there is much work going there?
