techtech
I have a problem with XLR cable on the fly-floor for our cans - usual crackling - I was looking for a specific XLR connector that would be good for cable strain relief. Anyway couldn't really find much but did happen upon this!http://accessories.musiciansfriend.com/pro...male?sku=339117 Has anyone used these or seen them? I'm undecided whether they are useful but I'd say - Nice. :) TT

boswell
That makes more sense, but a bit of attention to SPAG and reading your text before you post might help!

Steve yh it can do but the ones I use are light so if I put them at a 45 degree angle they end up about 75 with the weight.

Until the smallest amount of air movement on stage starts them spinning, and before you know it, you're picking up the audience...
Andrew C
I like the idea of the connectors; but not the price, and I'll bet that either they become noisy if there are slip rings in there, or cores break where the flex repeatedly.
Chris Beesley
The connectors look to be a clever idea - however they dont look like they dont look to be as shallow as the Neutrik 90 degree XLR...
tolley1466
To be honest it is planet waves. "Quality" connectors
Rob_Beech
Useful or not, it isn't going to find it's way into much of my hire stock until it is manufactured by a more reputable manufacturer.

tolley1466
I think Planetwaves cables are more designed for musicians than hire companies so they may not be good for frequent use (maybe?) Don't Neutrik do some swivel ones?
