HobitLight
Hmm....... If they work in test mode then they should be fine..... Have you updated the sortware recently? Have they always not worked or has it suddenly stopped working?

pritch
What mode are you in? Which set of flash buttons are you using? If you're in program mode, one set of flash buttons (B? I forget which) work to program submasters. Also make sure you don't have auxiliary locked displayed on the monitor. It'll tell you in the manual how to change that. c0astman
From memory, if you are running in extended mode, only the bottom row of flash buttons work. I can't be sure though. I know the top set don't work when the desk is in one mode or another. Not much use really. I'll check the manual when I get home tomorrow
peter
If the desk is displaying AUX LOCK then you'll need to unlock the AUXiliary keys in order to make the flash buttons work - hold down SHIFT and press PAGE A. When AUX LOCK is on, the keys are locked into auxiliary keys instead of flash buttons.
