stgtech Posted April 16, 2009 Share Posted April 16, 2009 Hey All, I have 2 TOA DP-0204 Processor Units I'm trying to reconfigure. I have installed the TOA software for these and the drivers for my keyspan 19-hs usb-serial adapter. In the software I set up the correct com port (I can tell because when I attempt to connect to the unit the LED on the adapter goes solid only on the correct COM port.) However when attempting to actually get the software to sync or transfer to either of the units a attempts for 2 seconds then displays error "user break." I have installed the software on multiple computers running both vista and xp and none work properly. Anyone use these units and run into this problem or have any insight I might have missed?
