Problems with Pea light canopy

Hi,

 

I am very much a newby here and was wondering if anybory could help.

 

I have just bought a Pea canopy second hand at an auction.

 

Half the pea light strings are not working! I have checked all the bulbs some are blown and some are OK. It seems that most of the lights that are not working are on whole strings??

 

I have a couple of questions:

 

1) Does anybody know where I can buy pea light bulbs in large quantities?

2) I can't work out how to get the faulty strings working.. tried changing all the buld (taken from a working string) and it still does not work... can I get replacement strings anywhere at a reasonable price?

 

I am not sure if that makes any sense.

 

I may have to buy a new pea canopy.. are these available new anywhere?
