plymbubba Posted March 27, 2009 Share Posted March 27, 2009 I have been watching the forums for sometime and am wanting to get into the lighting for live music.I was woundering if any one know of any companys that opperate in the southwest? I am currently working for a venue on lighting on the live music side of thing and enjoy every moment of it and would love to gain more experiance in the lighting side of things and was hope you nice people of blueroom would be able to help me in the right direction.I am currently working on getting a portfilio of my work built up but would be grateful for and contacts or places to lookin Many thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Josh Hi Josh, Yes Josh you are correct I do live in plymouth and work for the wharf on a causal basis and it is good to get the experiance as not all bands would like the same thing and I enjoy the challange I also work for plymouth pavilions as a format crew in which I have assist with changing the format around for differenty shows I have also worked on shows such as the westcountry wedding show as a stage hand as I work for them I have gained a cherry picker licence and a fork lift licence.
