Louis sullivan NLS Posted March 24, 2009 Share Posted March 24, 2009 Hi I have heard safety chains now have to be replaced with safety bonds. is this true and do they have to be fixed to the lantern - preludes, cantatas, s4s etc have a loop on them for this. I've hired things recently from major and very 'safety concious' hire firms that came with chains. I think the 'rule of thumb' is if you are replacing or buying new, then use a bond.
