I'm looking for a petzl vertex but I want to pay cash and try it on for size first. So far I can't find anywhere that isnt mail order or way out of london?

I'm sure I've seen climbing shops, just not sure where... Ocean Leisure (just behind Embankment tube station) MIGHT do helmets, the kind kayaker's would wear. Not sure if they're suitable tho. Give them a google and their website has some info on it. Hope that helps!
