Based on reading a load of the recent posts I would thought I would ask the question. Which would you rather work under and why?

Rough definitions:

Casual labour where you are paid via PAYE, tax is deducted at the point of earning, however no personal liability, basic PPE should be provided, covered as an employee in the event of a company going bust and cant really forget to pay you in the same way.

Freelancer where you invoice for your jobs, potentially get higher wage due to only paying actual tax owed, however higher costs in terms of PPE, insurance and liability. It can also take a long time to get paid.
