I've just taken over the position of theatre technician at a college and have been left with no conntact lists and I need to repair a dimmer rack and apparently our DEMUX is being repaired at Zero88?? In regards to sound the mains need cleaning and the college employ a cleaner but no one knows who this is!! If any one could let me know of a company that repairs dimmer racks (god knows what else Ill find later) and sound equipment cleaners(?) in the Manchester area then Id be very gratefull. If it is a Zero 88 one, then contact Keith in our service department who should be able to help you, either directly or via one of our dealers. SparkySteve Posted April 5, 2004 Share Posted April 5, 2004 I think you just need to check for 'air resistance pockets' - if you find one just close it up and then it should be ok,.... don't bother wasting the colleges money on a cleaner.
