You can but it is a little messy. We do a 12 channel negative card that was originally for the XL,XLS and old level range.

basicly you wire the desk outputs into one side and wire out to the dimmers from the other side.

You also need a -20v supply which normally can be taken from the dimmer.

The newer Strand ACT 6+ model has autosensing +/-10V control, so you may not need a "voltage translator / inverter".

 

I *believe* these are the grey, twin 15A outlet models. If this is what you have, and provided your desk is self powered - you just need a correctly wired control cable. If the desk needs desk power from the dimmers, you're out of luck.

 

If you have a black ACT6, these are -10V control only, so you'll need an inverter.
