Schnick-Schnack-Systems GmbH are German manufacturers of LED backlighting solutions, for use in virtually any application. The company has grown rapidly since its foundation in 2004 and our UK office is now open for enquiries from English-speaking clients.

 

Our products are based on a series of LED strips and tiles, with two basic types currently available...

 

Series B - DMX controlled RGB LED illuminants

• Even surface cover from just 80mm

• Easy to install with minimal cabling

• Highly cost effective, large area lighting solution

• High-bin Nichia LEDs

 

Series C – Multimedia-ready featuring with individual LED control

• A lighting-based solution for the creation of video elements

• Able to display animated graphics and video at 44.1 fps via a media server e.g. Catalyst, Hippotizer, MA, etc.

• Each LED is individually colour-calibrated for pure, even whites and consistent colour reproduction

• ArtNet or DMX control

• Camera-friendly

Also available: LED Media Systems - Road tested, ready-to-rig, plug & play LED stage lighting units; designed especially for stage and touring applications, featuring Series C capability.

Our LED products are driven by our own state-of-the-art drivers, which use our own, in-house modulation technique to ensure the smoothest dimming and colour mixing possible. These units feature a variety of quick-patching options, which allow the easy creation of combined and repeating groups at the touch of a button, without the need for complex re-cabling.

 

Everything we have to offer is designed and made in Germany, using only the highest quality components from the world's top manufacturers. Our own position as a manufacturer allows us to offer these at the best possible prices, in addition to custom products and solutions, such as IP67-rated resin encapsulation in aluminium profiles.
