Tim Edwards
Hi, I would have a look at their website www.highend.com. There is a forum on there which the staff from High End are on. The UK office was shut down a few years ago so I'd look into support via europe. Good luck, Tim
tvi675
I can't help on the error I'm afraid, but... My manual said to contact high-end, whom, As far as I heard, is non existant as we speak. High End is still very much in existance - www.highend.com - and their support people are listed on http://www.highend.com/contactus/customer_support/ and I've dealt with Frank who is the contact in Europe, and also Mehrzad before, I'm sure they would be able to help! Sadly there is no support office in the UK though. You could also take a look at their forums - http://forums.highend.com/ - although a direct email to one of the tech guys should help solve your problem! Regards, Matt Edit: Damn - beaten to it! Bradpepe
u1bos, I see that you have posted on the HES forums and that our support staff has responded to you. As you have discovered HES is very much still existence and we do have support staff ready to help. FYI.. as stated in this thread we have Frank in Europe and other staff around the world. We plan to expand our support Staff in Europe very soon. thanks, Moderation: For anyone else with the same problem in the future, the thread is here.
