Powersoft amp problem

Hi all

I have been a quiet reader of the blue room for a while now and think its a brilliant site. I hope someone can give me some help.


The problem I have is with a Powersoft DIGAM Q3002, the protection LED,s on channels 3&4 came on on powerup the other day and will not reset, as the book says they should, "Turn OFF/ON the amplifier to reset protection mode status"

I have not connected anything different to the usual setup - Bose 802,s.


I sent an e-mail to Powersoft through their website but have not had a reply yet.
