Hi Folks,

I suppose its time I posted a "help" thread....

Does anybody know the pinout for the Audio Technica ATW-T27 beltpacks? I have been tasked with fixing a system to repair from my dads works (OK, I know... I should sell him a new set! but budgets are tight).

Cheers!

further to that, does anybody know where to buy HiRose plugs for a half decent price, the only source I know charge £35 each, I'm looking for six which tends to be a bit expensive!!

Here you go...

1 RF out/ground

2 guit - hi z input

3 mic audio in

4 bias volts

its a Hiros hs10a female cable connector

You can defintely get them from Canford Audio and I am pretty sure CPC do them as well.

Mike.

Which particular connector are you after? The sort for Audio-Technica beltpacks?

It's the four pole connector for the Sony uwp series beltpacks which have AT899 mics on them!

you have to be aware that some 2 wire microphone capsules dont like operating with vhf audio technica beltpacks as the rf from the tx gets sent up the screen/ gnd cable of the mic. some mics cant cope with this. These transmitter packs dont have a separate antenna
