Any desk that operates on -10V analogue protocol should work fine with the rest of your rig. That includes modern DMX desks, using a -10V demux to interface between DMX and your rig. But as the last post says if you get a demux (which aren't very expensive) you can use the excuse to upgrade to a better desk, which in turn will give you greater flexibility in the future.
