I am trying to Set the address for the NJD Spectre fixture x4.

 

It appears as though the desk does not like the fixture, control is totally erratic.

I have attempted the following:-

Reverse pins 2-3

Re-setting the desk.

Different dip switch settings for fixture.

Re-setting the fixture.

 

The fixtures show that they are receiving a DMX signal but control is virtually non-existant.

 

These are simple DMX fixtures with only 4 channels of control, yet the Freekie does not like the fixture

 

Any ideas..?

That doesn't really surprise me - the Freekie is a Martin controller designed for DJ/nightclub style control of certain Martin moving lights.

 

It's not a universal controller, so trying it with another manufacturer's equipment will be uncertain.
