James C Posted January 21, 2004 Posted January 21, 2004 Anyone working with ITC contracts fancy a stab at this? We may have a tour running over the Christmas/New Year period. Assuming the show is booked into venues from 23rd-28th December (except Christmas Day), what implications does that have in terms of free days? In a normal week, the company can work 6 days in a row. If they work on a Public or Statutory holiday, they get an extra free day within 2 weeks. This year, however, Boxing Day falls on a Sunday, so Monday & Tuesday will be public holidays. Do I have to provide an extra free day for Boxing Day as well as for the Mon & Tues? Anyone?
